Wedding Catering Guidelines
Menu Prices / Tax / Service Charges
Due to fluctuating food and beverage prices, menu prices may change without notice until arrangements have been confirmed with a signed banquet event order. All events are subject to a 22 % service charge and 9.75% sales tax on complete event charges.
Reception Location Fee
Courtyard – $1,000 • Robespierre – $500 • Louis XIV – $500
Patrick’s Bar Vin $2,000 (Based on Date and Time of Day)
Buy Out $4,000 (Based on Date and Time of Day)
A food and beverage minimum requirement will apply to all functions. Please
speak to your catering representative to get the minimum based on your specific date.
Deposit Procedures
After receipt of the contract, a deposit of 25% of the full estimated charges
is due on the specified due date with the return of the signed contract
in order to confirm your event. A second deposit of an additional 50%
of estimated charges is due between confirmation date and the guarantee
date. A third and final payment of the full remaining balance must be
received on the contracted guarantee date (14 days prior to event).
Food and Beverage Service
We reserve the right to serve all food and beverages at the restaurant, and do
not allow any outside food or beverage to be brought in. Wedding packages
include one bartender per 75 guests and one caver with our compliments.
If desired, additional service can be made with prior arrangement.
Guarantee
An attendance guarantee is required two weeks prior for all functions.
The guarantee is not subject to reduction. Your event can be set for 5%
over the guaranteed number. Should our catering department not receive
a guarantee; the number of guests on the contract will be used as the
guarantee and charged accordingly. Include any scheduled entertainment
personnel, photographer or officiant in the attendance guarantee should
they have your authority as the booking agent to consume your event’s food
and beverage.
Entertainment
All entertainment must be approved by your catering representative.
When approved, we will require a music contract signed by you if they are
not on our recommended list. Entertainment is allowed in our courtyard
and private dining rooms until 11:00 pm. Due to functions being held in
a hotel environment, certain guidelines must be adhered to in order to not
disturb hotel guests. The music must not exceed 95 decibels.
