Due to fluctuating food and beverage prices, menu prices may change without notice until arrangements have been confirmed with a signed banquet event order. All events are subject to a 22 % service charge and 9.75% sales tax on complete event charges.

Pleasespeak to your catering representative to get the minimum based on your specific date.
After receipt of the contract, a deposit of 25% of the full estimated chargesis due on the specified due date with the return of the signed contractin order to confirm your event. A second deposit of an additional 50%of estimated charges is due between confirmation date and the guaranteedate. A third and final payment of the full remaining balance must bereceived on the contracted guarantee date (14 days prior to event).
We reserve the right to serve all food and beverages at the restaurant, and donot allow any outside food or beverage to be brought in. Wedding packagesinclude one bartender per 75 guests and one caver with our compliments.If desired, additional service can be made with prior arrangement.
An attendance guarantee is required two weeks prior for all functions.The guarantee is not subject to reduction. Your event can be set for 5%over the guaranteed number. Should our catering department not receivea guarantee; the number of guests on the contract will be used as theguarantee and charged accordingly. Include any scheduled entertainmentpersonnel, photographer or officiant in the attendance guarantee shouldthey have your authority as the booking agent to consume your event’s foodand beverage.
All entertainment must be approved by your catering representative.When approved, we will require a music contract signed by you if they arenot on our recommended list. Entertainment is allowed in our courtyardand private dining rooms until 11:00 pm. Due to functions being held ina hotel environment, certain guidelines must be adhered to in order to notdisturb hotel guests. The music must not exceed 95 decibels.
