Entrée must be selected 72 hours in advance with a maximum of two entrée selections offered. The higher entrée price will be charged for all entrees.

Policies

Wedding Policies

Menu Prices / Tax / Service Charges

Due to fluctuating food and beverage prices, menu prices may change without notice until arrangements have been confirmed with a signed Banquet Event Order. All events are subject to a service charge and sales tax on complete event charges.


Fees

  • $850.00 Ceremony
  • $1,500 Reception

Fees are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. A food and beverage minimum requirement will apply to all functions. Please speak to your catering representative to get the minimum based on your specific date.

Deposit Procedures

A non-refundable deposit is due along with the signed contract (25% of the total estimated charges of your event). This is due within two weeks of the contract’s issue and secures the space for your event. A second non-refundable deposit is due mid-way between the contract issue date and the day of your event. A third and final payment for the full remaining balance must be received on the contracted guarantee date, one month prior to event.

Food and Beverage Service

We reserve the right to serve all food and beverages at La Louisiane and, in its event space, and do not allow any outside food or beverage to be provided. There is a fee of $100 per bartender for each event plus taxes and service charges.  You are required to have 1 per 75 guests. Carvers/chef fees are $150 plus applicable taxes and service charges.

Guarantee

An attendance guarantee is required one month prior to all functions. The guarantee is not subject to reduction. Should our catering department not receive a guarantee; the number of guests on the contract will be used as the guarantee and charged accordingly. Include any scheduled entertainment personnel, photographer or officiant in the attendance guarantee should they have the authority, as the booking agent, to consume your event’s food and beverage.

Entertainment

Due to hosting events in a unique hotel setting, certain guidelines must be adhered to so that we do not disturb hotel guests. All entertainment must be approved by your catering representative. The music must not exceed 95 decibels. Hotel has the right to stop the music if the guidelines are not met.

Wedding Cake

La Louisiane will provide a complimentary traditional wedding cake by Haydel’s Bakery or Swiss Confectionery as part of your wedding package. The size of your cake will be based on your guaranteed number of guests. If you’d like to order a larger size or additional décor, you may do so but will be responsible for payment of the additional charges. With your individual satisfaction in mind, you are responsible for contacting bakery directly in ordering your cake. Our partnership is designed to simplify the process for finding your perfect wedding cake. Simply tell them you are getting married at the Hotel Mazarin and they will work with you to create the wedding cake of your dreams.

Accommodations

Accommodations are available at Hotel Mazarin and include complimentary continental breakfast and WiFi. Contact our sales team to arrange a special group rate for your guests.

Vendors

Please ask your catering representative for our preferred vendor list. Your vendors are responsible for the set up and breakdown of all of their materials.

Miscellaneous Values

La Louisiane accepts no responsibility for any valuables brought on premises for any scheduled event. Due to limited storage space, we will hold pre-shipped items only 3 days before and after your event. Use of materials such as glitter or confetti will result in a cleaning charge of $250 plus applicable taxes and service charges due to the nature of the cleaning process required.

Children / Young Adult Pricing

Children 12 and under may enjoy reception buffet items complimentary. For seated dinners, we offer a children’s plate at an additional charge. Children and young adults, 10 through 21 years old, receive a 25% discountoff of the menu price.

Parking

Guests will receive a discounted valet parking rate based on availability.
