Paillard’s is the Bourbon Orleans’ signature restaurant. Our award winning Executive Chef, Guy Sockrider, prepares contemporary southern fare using the freshest local Louisiana ingredients. Paillard’s is available for hosting your bridal luncheons and rehearsal dinners for up to 60 guests. Our St. Ann Cottage features a private courtyard with two salons that can accommodate up to 75 guests.

Located at the St. Louis Hotel, Louis XVI offers New Orleans finest cuisine and is open for breakfast and catered events. Louis XVI is an enchanting French Quarter hideaway, surrounded by a flourishing courtyard complete with a sparkling fountain and iron lacework balconies - a romantic setting to host and cater rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons and post wedding brunches that can comfortably accommodate 200 guests. For more intimate gatherings, the George Danton room and patio can accommodate up to 50 guests. Executive Chef Agnes Bellet brings a contemporary approach to time-honored cooking techniques and traditions from her native France.

Our menu offers an inspired array of seasonal selections, daily specials and special chef creations that are sure to cater to all palettes.
