Louis XVI was a perfect choice for our wedding catering. Rachel made choosing our menu so easy. She even made sure that our vegetarian guests were well-fed (which is really hard to find in New Orleans). I didn't get to try all of the dishes, but the ones I did try were AMAZING! Let's face it, no matter how great a chef is, cooking gourmet meals for 100+ people is always hard. Louis XVI pulled it off with perfect New Orleans grace and a lot of fresh ingredients...and yummy spices too. We can't wait to go back to New Orleans and have dinner in the restaurant!
